This book was suggested by a friend of mine. She told me about it not long after I lost my husband, and I’ll be honest, I don’t remember many conversations I had after he passed. Looking back, so much is a blur. Once things started calming a little in my brain, I went back to our message thread and found the title of the book. After reading the info on the back of the book, I KNEW this was a book I wanted to read. BUY THE BOOK ON AMAZON. For me it was very comforting. And in grief, comfort is worth so much. (NO they are not paying me to say this)
Kellie was in her late twenties when she lost her loving husband tragically. She had a newborn baby and a toddler. That resonated with me given that I was in my early thirties when I lost my loving husband tragically and I had a 4 month old and a 4 year old.. You don’t realize how comforting it can be to read another widows story, until it is you, seeking normalcy and understanding. This is why I write… One, It helps me get my thoughts out of my head, and two, if my journey helps another widow, that in itself is beautiful.
“This is not a book of solutions, how-to’s, or cliches. It’s a raw, vulnerable, and honest journey through doubt, questions, and endless tears. It’s a reminder that God is our source of hope and solace even when His plans seem unclear.”
Go to Amazon and search Kellie Bullard. You wont be disappointed!
